How do you use the free printable budget sheets
I have created a mini instruction sheet as a reminder for when you download and print this planner. But I want to go ahead and give you instructions here so you know what you are getting and how to use it before you get started.
A Budget Calendar
The budget calendar is designed so that you can C in a visual format what your money timeline looks like. You can write down each paycheck you get sand for how much. Write down each bill that will come out during the month and how much of that bill will be. and make plans for your variable spending such as groceries and gas.
A budget calendar really lets you see what your finances are doing during the month.
The Budget Plan
This easy budget template is going to help you create your monthly budget plan. You will fill in your income both what you expected to be and what it actually is when it reaches your bank accounts. Then you’ll write in all of your fixed expenses. Fixed expenses are the ones that are the same amount month after month.
Next fill in your variable expenses in the other section. This is where you planned for your groceries on your gas and any other expenses that come out during the months that aren’t considered fixed.
This budget plan is designed for a zero-based budget so you can track to make sure you’re not going over budget during the month
Expense Tracker
The expense tracker is meant for you to fill out each and every time you have an expense weather that is grocery shopping or eating out or buying gas or any other expense that comes out during the month. This is really going to allow you to see where your money goes each and every month.
The expense tracker is so important in helping you learn more about your finances and spending habits. this is really what’s going to let you make better decisions with your money and make better budgets moving forward.
As you use the expense tracker, you’ll be able to see what categories are spending money in. Use this information to fill out the “actual column” on the budget plan sheets. This will allow you to see if you are over or under budget in any given category.
Bill Tracker
The bill tracker is designed to help you keep track of your monthly recurring bills. Use it to plan when the bills are supposed to come out and how much you expect them to be.
Never let a bill slip through your fingers and forget to get paid.
Use this to plan when the bills are going to be paid and then to mark when they are actually paid and how much they were.
Savings Tracker
The Savings Tracker is going to let you keep up-to-date on how much you have saved. This form allows you to add amounts to your savings goals. And it also allows you to keep track of when you spend from a savings account.
It’s easy to say that you have so much saved. But what is that being saved for? This savings tracker allows you to set several different savings goals and keep track of how much you have saved for each.
