If you have looked at the 52 week challenges, but wished you could customize it to fit your savings goals, then I have the perfect solution for you.
We created a blank version of the 52 week money saving challenge printable.
So the weeks are already filled in and labeled for you, but the weekly savings amount, and the total savings goal, are left blank–ready for you to fill them in.
How this challenge works
The 52 week challenge works because you have a set amount that you save each week.
Whether that be the same amount each week, a progressively increasing or decreasing number each week, or some other variation.
The point is that you save some money and each, and the tracker that goes with the challenge tells you exactly what amount you need to save.

With the blank version, you get to set the terms.
You first decide how much you want to save in 52 weeks.
Then you divide that amount by 52 weeks.
So say you want to save $5000. Take $5000/52 weeks.
With this plan you would plan to save $96.15 each week.

If you save $96.15 each week, by the end of the 52 weeks, you will have saved $4999.80 (add an extra $0.20 on your last week of saving to get the full $5000).

To help you make your own version of the 52 week challenge, we made this printable just for that purpose.
Here is how to use the 52 week money saving challenge printable.
1. Select your start date. You do not have to wait for the new year to start a 52 week challenge. Just start where you are.
2. Decide on your savings goal. Put that number in the savings goal box.

3. Take your savings goal and divide it by 52 weeks. You now have your weekly savings goals.
4. Put your weekly savings goal in the “deposit” column, adding it to every week of the tracker.

5. Save your first weekly goal and set it aside into a special place for this challenge.
6. Then fill in the “balance” column for that week.
The first week, the balance will be the same as your weekly saving goal. The second week will be the first week plus the deposit of week 2. The third week will be the weekly deposit plus the balance from week 2. And so on.

7. Make to use the check box each week, so you know you saved that amount and you can move onto the next week in the challenge/tracker.
8. Keep going with the challenge, saving each week and using the tracker, until the challenge is completed and you have saved your goal amount!
What if you don’t want to save the same amount each week?
If you don’t want to save the same amount each week, then you can get a little more creative with the amounts.
You can vary the amounts between $10 and $20 each week.
You could figure out how much you would need to save for a certain number of weeks and average them out or save a higher number one week and a lower number the next.
For example. Let’s say you want to save $5000 for the challenge.
Over the course of 4 weeks you would need to save $385 to stay on track.

So you could save $50 the first week, $100 the next week, $125 the third week and $110 the 4th week.
Using the blank 52 week challenge means you get to set the rules and goals.
Get creative and have fun with it!
